| Naviance | This is the program that counselors, students and parents can use to research colleges and organize the application process. We strongly encourage all juniors and seniors to actively use this program as much as possible. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the college counseling office. |

| Common Application | The Common Application currently provides both online and print versions of Freshman and Transfer Applications to more than 300 institutions, representing the full range of higher education institutions in the US: public and private, large and small, highly selective and modestly selective, and East Coast, West Coast, and every region in between. If you are applying to a college that uses the Common Application we strongly encourage you to use their on-line version of the Common Application. |
| Cal State University | This is the online application for the entire CSU system, including Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Pomona. There is no paper version of the CSU application. Most CSU campuses allow fall term applications to be submitted between October 1 and November 30. Select campuses will allow late applications on a space-available basis. All 23 undergraduate campuses of the CSU system share this application; you need only complete one on-line application for the entire system, though a separate fee is required for each campus. | University of California | The website and online application for the UC system is an extremely important site. There is no paper version of the UC application. Students wishing to apply for admission to the fall term must submit an application between November 1-30. All nine undergraduate campuses of the UC system share this application; you need only complete one on-line application for the entire system, though a separate fee is required for each campus. | Arts and Athletics | |
| NCAA Clearinghouse | If you are interested in being recruited to play sports at a Division I or Division II college, you must register with the NCAA Clearinghouse the summer before your senior year. This website explains how to complete your registration and will also provide information on Division I, II, and III colleges. |
| Unified Application for Conservatory Admission | This is a consortium of high level fine and performing arts colleges that share a common application. Many arts colleges will have representatives at the NACAC Performing and Visual Arts Fairs this fall. If you are interested in pursuing music, dance, drama or fine art, this can be an excellent resource for you. |
| Standardized Testing - the SAT and ACT | |
